By accessing or using this website, requesting information, submitting a contact form, or entering into any consulting engagement with Nuvaio Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any updates or modifications we may publish from time to time.

2. Services Description

Nuvaio Travel LLC provides corporate travel management consulting services to business clients, including but not limited to: air travel planning and budget development, flight booking facilitation and itinerary management, corporate travel policy advisory, group travel coordination, and 24-hour emergency travel support.

Important: Nuvaio Travel acts as a consultant and booking agent on behalf of its clients. We are not an airline, hotel, ground transportation provider, or any other travel supplier. We do not own, operate, or control any transportation or accommodation inventory. All travel services are ultimately fulfilled by third-party carriers and vendors, and separate terms and conditions of those providers apply to your travel.

Nuvaio Travel does not guarantee the availability of any particular fare, route, or accommodation. Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change by the relevant supplier and are not within Nuvaio Travel's control.

3. Use of Website

You may access and use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Acts of government, force majeure events, weather, labor disputes, or other circumstances outside Nuvaio Travel's reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in information provided by carriers, hotels, or other third-party vendors;

In any event, Nuvaio Travel's total aggregate liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Nuvaio Travel under the applicable service agreement during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuvaio Travel LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.
